I did a clean install from the retail disc, the install size was about 41GB. To reduce the size of the game file, I removed the 3D movie files from usdir/build/main/movie1 of the Uncharted 3 game folder, now the size is 30GB.

I cannot guarantee your results if you do not do a clean install from a retail game disc.
